The Vet On Main

Dr. Fry was fantastic!! We recently moved here from Delco and we worried about finding a vet around that we love around here. This facility is definitely the place to take your pets! My cat started feeling quite sick and I had to get him checked out asap and they got my cat Poppy in the same day! They were very accommodating and took the best care of Poppy. He is back to his normal self!! I have another cat and dogs at home and they will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Fry!

I'm not one to publicly complain or write bad reviews, but my recent experiences with The Vet On Main were quite frustrating. I don't want anyone else to have the same experience. There was a good amount of communication with the front desk that ended up not being accurate. Long story short, I ended up having to pay for "annual visits" for the same pets, two different times plus shots, only weeks apart from each other. What makes me respect a business is honesty and making things right. If something is communicated to the customer, they should honor that. Even if it wasn't accurate. Everyone makes mistakes, we're all human, but when you don't own up to your mistake or make it right, it's a big bummer and in my opinion unprofessional. When I brought up my frustration with what I was having to pay in person...again. I was basically told, sorry, this is how it is. There was also false information added to my pets records on multiple occasions, as things I said or agreed to, that I didn’t say or agree to. They can type whatever they want in your pets records and there is never a signature required agreeing to that info. My hope is that this vet works out their communication with their staff and work on being more trustworthy. I will say some of their staff were very pleasant, but others weren't so much. Unfortunately, this was the last of a long line of frustrations over the years and it's time to take my 5 pets elsewhere.
